Warranty and Disclaimer
1. Guarantee of Satisfaction
At Smile Designers, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to return the product for credit, refund, or exchange. All returns must include proof of purchase and be in their original condition.
2. Limited Warranty
All products sold through Smile Designers are warranted to be free from significant defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Warranty claims must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date. Upon verification of the claim, we will, at our sole discretion:
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace the product with a conforming unit.
- Refund the purchase price upon return of the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, modifications, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
- Any unauthorized alterations to the product.
Disclaimer: This limited warranty replaces all other implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price.
3. Payment and Delivery
Customers agree to pay for all products in accordance with the agreed terms at the time of purchase. Products are delivered F.O.B. (Free on Board) to the customer’s specified location. Any transportation, insurance, or applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Risk of Loss
Once products are delivered to the specified location, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately and reporting any issues or damages to the carrier.
5. Product Usage
Products sold through Smile Designers are intended for professional use only and must be utilized according to the provided instructions and guidelines. Any resale or distribution under our trademarks without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Smile Designers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, downtime, or business interruptions. Total liability is capped at the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold Smile Designers and its affiliated parties harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the misuse, resale, or improper handling of our products.
8. Default and Remedies
Failure to meet payment or contractual obligations constitutes default. In such cases, Smile Designers reserves the right to suspend or cancel agreements or deliveries associated with the default.
9. General Provisions
These terms govern all transactions conducted through Smile Designers. Any deviations or additional terms proposed by customers are not binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State], and any disputes shall be resolved in [Your County].
Note: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions beyond our control, we reserve the right to delay or cancel delivery without liability.
