Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Defective Products

Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 10 days of delivery.

If approved, Smile Designers will replace the product or issue store credit at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover products that have been improperly stored (e.g., exposure to heat, sunlight, or humidity) or misused after delivery.
Return Shipping
