Return & Refund Policy

At Smile Designers, we take pride in offering high-quality dental materials. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, our return policy is limited and strictly enforced.


Refund Window

  • Customers may request a refund within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • After this period, refunds are not available.


Defective Products

  • Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 10 days of delivery.

  • If approved, Smile Designers will replace the product or issue store credit at our discretion.

  • This warranty does not cover products that have been improperly stored (e.g., exposure to heat, sunlight, or humidity) or misused after delivery.


Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Smile Designers does not issue refunds or replacements until:

    1. The returned product has been received at our facility, or

    2. Valid tracking information confirms the return has been delivered.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Opened or used products

    • Special-order or customized products

    • Expired products

    • Sterile products with broken seals
